Yes, a fax sent online is just as legally valid as a fax from a conventional fax machine. A fax is considered received once it has arrived in full at the recipient. The transmission report serves as proof of successful delivery. Important: for documents that legally require a handwritten signature, a fax is not sufficient, the signed original by mail is required.
