With FaxMonkey you can send faxes directly from your browser, no fax machine required. Simply upload your document (PDF, Word, image), enter the recipient fax number and pay. We transmit your document via our fax servers to the recipient device. You will receive a delivery report by email.

How can I send a PDF file as a fax?

Click the upload area above and select your PDF file, or drag and drop it. FaxMonkey converts your PDF automatically into the optimal fax format. Multi-page PDFs are transmitted correctly. The maximum file size is 20 MB.

Is a fax sent online legally valid?

Yes, a fax sent online is legally equivalent to a fax sent from a traditional fax machine. The delivery report serves as proof of delivery. Important: For documents that legally require a handwritten signature, a fax is not sufficient, the signed original must be sent by post.

Is FaxMonkey secure?

Yes. Your data is transmitted with SSL encryption. After successful delivery your documents are deleted automatically. We do not share data with third parties.

What happens if my fax cannot be delivered?

If delivery fails, for example because the line is busy, we will retry transmission automatically several times. If the fax cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, you will receive a notification by email. In case of a technical non-delivery on our side we refund the amount according to our terms.
